Specialized & High-Value
Dental Clinics

Serving Canada’s Most Advanced Dental Practices

At Dental Marketing Canada, we specialize in working with dental clinics offering complex, private-pay, and advanced treatments, and helping them grow through performance-driven marketing systems. Dental specialty marketing starts with one question: where your cases actually come from, because that answer decides every choice made after it.

Who We Serve at Dental Marketing Canada

Explore Our Core Services

Dental Marketing Canada works primarily with dentists, dental clinics, and oral surgeons that offer advanced, specialized, and high-value treatments. These are not routine, low-consideration services. They involve complex procedures, longer decision cycles, higher case values, and patients who need education and trust before committing.

That level of dentistry requires a very different dental marketing approach. Our systems are built specifically for clinics that want to grow premium treatment lines, attract qualified patients, and scale revenue responsibly in the Canadian market.

So the first question is never which channel to buy. It is which growth engine your practice runs on, because that decides everything after it.

The distinction that decides your plan

Dental Specialty Marketing Starts With Your Growth Engine

Three groups, sorted by who decides you get the case

Canada recognises ten dental specialties. That list is built for a regulator, and it sorts practices by what they treat. Marketing does not care what you treat. It cares who decides that you get the case.

Which matters, because the marketing that grows a consumer-direct practice can shrink a referral-dependent one. Your referring dentists see your patient advertising. Some read it as competition, and a dentist who reroutes a case never explains why.

See the disciplines behind each engine
REFERRAL DEPENDENT Oral surgery · Endodontics · Prosthodontics Referring dentist Your practice CONSUMER DIRECT Denturism · Cosmetic · Orthodontics Patient searching Your practice HYBRID, BOTH ENGINES Periodontics · Pediatric dentistry Referring dentist Patient searching Your practice Two systems, never averaged Patient-facing ads are seen by referrers

The dashed path is the tension. Advertising built to win the middle group is read by the dentists the top group depends on. Group three lives with both at once.

Every specialty we build systems for

Dental Marketing for Every Specialty and Practice Type

Every practice below runs on one of the three engines above, and that is what decides the marketing, not the treatment on the sign. Each card links to the full breakdown for that specialty, including what we build, what we measure, and what it costs to get it wrong.

A dental implant placed in a lower jaw

Marketing for Dental Implant Clinics

Implants are a consumer-direct engine. Nobody refers the case to you, so we build funnels that produce qualified single-tooth to full-arch enquiries, then work on the consultation itself, because acceptance moves production further than raw lead volume ever does.

Dental Implant Marketing
A full arch implant restoration on a lower jaw

Marketing for Full-Arch Implant Cases

The highest ceiling in dentistry, and the longest decision. One person owns the case from first enquiry to start date, and financing is rehearsed before the consultation rather than improvised in the room.

Full-Arch Implant Marketing
A dental patient choosing their tooth shade before getting porcelain veneers

Marketing for Cosmetic Dentistry

Elective, heavily researched, and paid for privately. From veneers to full smile transformations we build premium patient journeys that educate first and sell second, because trust is what actually closes a cosmetic case.

Cosmetic Dentistry Marketing
Dental marketing promotional material for Invisalign clear aligners

Marketing for Clear Aligners & Invisalign

You compete with direct-to-consumer brands and with the general dentist down the road. We attract motivated aligner patients using clear offers, honest education, and a booking path short enough to finish on a phone.

Clear Aligner & Invisalign Marketing
An orthodontist fitting braces for a patient

Marketing for Orthodontic Practices

The general dentists who once referred every case now keep the straightforward ones. We win back the complex referrals office by office, and reach the parents and adults who choose a specialist directly.

Orthodontist Marketing

Marketing for Sedation Dentistry Clinics

Anxious patients arrive carrying years of deferred treatment, so the case is rarely small. We build trust-based funnels that answer the fear before the procedure, and convert into comprehensive care plans.

Sedation Dentistry Marketing

Marketing for Sleep Dentistry Clinics

We position your clinic as the credible alternative for patients who cannot tolerate CPAP, reaching people researching snoring, airway and sleep apnea treatment long before they are ready to book.

Sleep Dentistry Marketing
3d rendering of an injured jaw

Marketing for TMJ & Orthognathic Surgery

Long diagnostic journeys, and patients who have often been dismissed elsewhere. We meet them at the symptom, jaw pain, clicking, bite collapse, and build the credibility a surgical decision of this size demands.

TMJ & Orthognathic Surgery Marketing
Two oral and maxillofacial surgeons mid-operation

Marketing for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Referral dependent and urgent in equal measure. We grow the referring base office by office for wisdom teeth, complex extractions, jaw surgery and bone grafting, while capturing the patients who search in pain.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Marketing
Dental patient undergoing full-mouth rehabilitation surgery

Marketing for Full-Mouth Rehabilitation Clinics

Major functional and aesthetic restoration, often years in the making. We attract patients ready for comprehensive treatment and give the consultation the room it needs, because these plans are never decided in a single visit.

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation Marketing
A close view of healthy gums and teeth

Marketing for Periodontal Practices

Two production lines at once. Referral fed periodontal therapy on one side, patient direct implant demand on the other, competing with the very offices that refer to you. That needs two systems, never one averaged campaign.

Periodontist Marketing
An endodontist carrying out root canal treatment

Marketing for Endodontic Practices

Your chair fills through referring dentists, so we grow that base office by office and make the return path explicit. Then we capture the patients searching for urgent care, because pain does not wait for a referral.

Endodontist Marketing
A prosthodontist working on a full mouth restoration

Marketing for Prosthodontic Practices

Referrers hesitate on long cases because they fear losing the patient. We make the return path explicit and the communication routine, so complex restorative work keeps arriving instead of staying in general practice.

Prosthodontist Marketing
A pediatric dentist treating a child

Marketing for Pediatric Dental Practices

The parent decides and the siblings follow. We market to the household rather than the patient, measure the work in new families rather than new patients, and build around the school-year rhythm your schedule actually runs on.

Pediatric Dentist Marketing
A general dentist treating a patient in a family practice

Marketing for General & Family Dentistry

Capacity, case acceptance and treatment mix come before acquisition, because the cheapest growth in a general practice is usually already sitting inside it. We release that first, then buy demand on top of it.

General Dentistry Marketing
A denturist holding a set of dentures

Marketing for Denturists & Denture Clinics

Direct access, and no referral gate to negotiate. The map is the market, so local visibility does most of the work, and the site has to stay usable for an older patient reading it on a phone.

Denturist Marketing

Marketing for Multi-Location & Group Practices

For dental groups, DSOs and multi-location practices we build scalable systems: centralised strategy, location-specific campaigns, and reporting that lets you compare sites instead of averaging them into meaninglessness.

What Dental Specialty Marketing Includes Every Month

One flat monthly fee covers all of it. No setup charge, no per-lead pricing, and never a share of your production.

Group diagnosis first

We split last quarter's completed cases into referred and self presenting, then size the real search demand in your city.

A page per treatment

One page for each treatment you actually want more of, structured so the high-value work is found first, not buried.

Local search and maps

Profile, citations and location pages built for the city you practise in, because specialty demand never stops being local.

Budget set by engine

Spend shaped by which group you are in. A referral-dependent practice and a consumer-direct one should not buy the same thing.

Calls and consult follow-up

Call tracking on every source, missed-call text back, and follow-up built for decisions that take months rather than days.

Reporting on started cases

Cases started and referring offices gained, not clicks. At these case values, cost per started case is the only number that survives.

Our name is generic. Our results are far from it.

Why Dental Marketing Canada

Why Specialization Matters in Dental Marketing

Dental Marketing Canada was built to support modern dentistry, not generic dental advertising. We understand:

  • High-value patient psychology
  • Long consideration cycles
  • Canadian compliance standards
  • The difference between lead volume and revenue

That’s why clinics offering advanced care choose to work with us, and why our dental marketing systems consistently outperform generic approaches.

One clinic per area, so we never run the practice across town. Flat monthly fees, never a share of production. Month to month, and you own every asset from day one.

Dental Specialty Marketing FAQs

How do I work out which of the three groups my practice is in?

Split last quarter's completed cases, not enquiries, into referred and self presenting. Then ask what one referring office going quiet would do to the month. If the answer is noticeable, you are referral dependent whatever your website looks like. Most owners guess this wrong in both directions, which is why we do it with your own numbers before recommending anything.

Will marketing to patients cost me referrals?

It can, and few agencies will say so because the honest answer costs them budget. Referrers read your advertising. If it looks like a bid for the patients they already treat, some quietly send the next case elsewhere. The fix is positioning, not silence: you are where complex cases go, never a replacement for the family dentist, and you decide in advance how a referrer's self presenting patient is handled.

Cosmetic, sedation, sleep and TMJ are not recognised specialties. Can you still market them?

Yes, and the labelling has to be right. They are treatment focuses, and in Ontario a dentist may not describe themselves as a cosmetic dentist or an implant specialist. The compliant play is to rank the treatment page hard and state the practitioner's status correctly on it. Rules differ by province, so an Ontario page and a British Columbia page are not the same document.

My clinic offers several of these. Which do you market first?

The one carrying production today, proven, before the second is opened. Half a referral programme and half a patient acquisition programme produce less than either done properly. We resource one engine, show it working in the reporting, then start the other. That order is usually the difference between a hybrid practice growing and a hybrid practice averaging.

Do you work with more than one clinic in my city?

No. One clinic per area, and it matters more in specialty work than anywhere else, because a referral network in a given city can be small enough to name. It costs us revenue every time we decline the practice down the road, and it is the clearest signal we can give that we are not working both ends of your market.

Is a specialty practice too small a market for search to pay off?

Search volume is the wrong measure once case values climb. A category with a few dozen meaningful searches a month in your city can outperform one with thousands, because what matters is cost per started case against what a case is worth. It is also why no honest agency quotes you a national benchmark. Bring your case value and acceptance rate and we will run it on a call.
