One brand system

Canada's Specialized Dental Marketing Agency · Serving Dental Clinics Coast to Coast
Marketing for groups, partnerships and DSOs
Multi-location dental marketing is one system run many times, well or badly. Brand, creative, tracking and reporting all belong at head office. Rankings do not. Every clinic competes in its own map pack against the independent down its own street, so we build one central system and a genuinely local presence for every address.
Why groups choose us
Most groups arrive having tried one of two things. Either head office ran everything and the clinics went quiet in their own neighbourhoods, or every clinic was left to solve marketing alone and nothing could be compared.
Both fail for the same reason. Almost everything in a group improves the moment it is done once: brand, creative, tracking standards, supplier pricing, budgeting and reporting.
Search visibility is the exception. It is settled address by address, on proximity, on that clinic's own profile and on that clinic's own recent reviews.
So we hold the system centrally and build the presence locally. One brand, one measurement standard, one team. A separate local footprint for every clinic, reported on its own line.
The split is the whole discipline. Everything below is built once for the group. Everything not on this list is built separately for each address, deliberately.
One set of templates, offer language and page patterns, so a new clinic is launched into the brand in days instead of being rebuilt from nothing.
Each clinic gets its own profile, categories, service list and review flow. This is the part that disappears when a group tries to run it from the centre.
One ad account and one conversion standard, with separate budgets and geography per clinic. Blended campaigns let a strong location quietly carry a weak one.
Calls, forms and bookings counted the same way at every clinic, so two locations can be compared honestly instead of argued about in a meeting.
A launch sequence for a new build, and a slower one for an acquired practice that already has patients, rankings and a review history worth protecting.
For most groups the harder constraint is clinicians, not patients. Hiring runs as its own channel, with its own pages, campaigns and pipeline reporting.
The sequence, and why it runs in this order
Group averages hide the diagnosis. Each clinic is scored on its own competitive set, map position, review recency and site performance, then ranked by opportunity.
Duplicate profiles, an address written four ways, categories nobody has looked at since the listing was created. Groups leak more local visibility here than anywhere else.
Nine near-identical pages differing only by suburb are the pattern search engines treat as doorway content. Each page carries what is true only at that address.
A treatment page is written once and every clinic offering it links in, so your own locations stop competing with each other for the same phrase.
A mature clinic defending share, a new opening buying awareness and an underperformer with a fixable problem need different money. Even splits are the most common group waste.
Ranked, with the group total as a footnote rather than the headline. If a report cannot name this month's weakest location and why, it is an invoice with charts on it.
The one thing that will not centralise
Brand, systems, buying power and reporting all get better when a group does them once. Search visibility moves the other way. It is the one part of your marketing that gains nothing from your size.
Each clinic is ranked on its own proximity, its own profile and its own recent reviews, against whoever is nearest. Authority earned at one address does not lift the map pack at the next one.
So the group that wins runs one central system and a real local presence for every address. Not one national campaign wearing several postcodes.
We take one clinic per city and we do not bend it. A group operating in several cities deserves that answered plainly, not buried.
The client is the group, not one address. Every location you hold in a city is covered together, and you can open or acquire another there without renegotiating.
If we already run a clinic in one of your markets, we say so on the first call. That city stays theirs. We will map which of yours are open before anything is signed.
It rules out us running a competing group in your market. If you plan to acquire there, you hold the exclusivity before the acquisition rather than after it.
One flat monthly fee for the group, month to month, never a share of production. Pricing scales with locations instead of multiplying by them.
A distinct page for every clinic, written from what is true there, linking into the group's treatment content instead of duplicating it nine times.
Categories, hours, services and address data kept consistent across every listing, with duplicate and unclaimed profiles cleaned up before anything is published.
Google and Meta run from one account with separate campaigns, geography and budgets per location, so money can be moved to where it is actually earning.
Our DentalReviews platform runs the request flow at each clinic, because recency at that address is what its own map pack rewards.
Every call attributed to its clinic and its source, missed calls texted back automatically, and follow-up that runs without a front desk remembering.
Cost per booked patient, lead to booking and booking to attendance, per location, so a demand problem is never mistaken for a front desk problem.
Why Dental Marketing Canada
No restaurants, no franchises from other industries. Every account here is a Canadian dental practice, which matters more at your scale, because nobody should be learning your economics on your budget.
Month to month across the whole group. That is an uncomfortable position to hold across an estate and the correct one. A contract should never be the reason an agency keeps an account.
The group owns everything from day one: every domain, site, profile, analytics account and page written for you. A location you later divest transfers with its own history intact.
We build our own software rather than reselling someone else's, which is why reporting per location is standard here and a custom project elsewhere.
See how we work with groupsEvery discipline, one operating system, one team.
The exclusivity sits on the market and the client is the group, so every location you hold in that city is covered by one engagement. You can open or acquire another there without renegotiating. What it rules out is a competing group in the same market, and any city where we already work with a clinic.
One engagement, with per-location delivery inside it. Central work, meaning brand, creative, tracking standards and page architecture, is built once. Local work, meaning profiles, pages, reviews, campaigns and budgets, runs individually for each address. Pricing scales with the number of locations rather than multiplying by it, which is the difference between a group programme and a stack of separate retainers.
Later, and in a sequence. The recognisable name, the profile carrying the reviews and the ranking history are much of what you paid for, and a fast rename discards them before local trust has moved to your team. Migrate the site rather than replacing it, redirect every old address to its real equivalent, and change the sign once the relationship is with the people.
By splitting the funnel at each clinic. Low enquiries is a demand problem. Normal enquiries with low bookings is the phone or the front desk. Normal bookings with low attendance is scheduling and follow-up. We report those three separately per location, so the argument is settled with evidence, and we will say plainly when a location does not need more budget.
Yes. Dental advertising is regulated province by province and the rules do not agree, so one national creative template cannot be shipped everywhere. Our components carry provincial variants, the strictest applicable rule governs anything running nationally, and each location page inherits its own jurisdiction. Ask any agency you shortlist to name the provinces that differ.
Nothing has to be rebuilt or bought back, because none of it was ever ours. Our access is revoked and every site, profile, page and tracking account carries on in the group's name. The whole group is month to month, so the only thing holding the engagement together is whether the locations are producing.
Finally, marketing built for Canadian dental groups, partnerships and DSOs.
Tell us how many locations you run and which cities they sit in. We will show you which of those markets are available, what each location's local search position looks like today, and where the estate is leaking patients.
